CERTIFICATIONS


	Capt. Bar-Tor received the certification of the Gauss Institute in Bremen, Germany upon completion of their specialized course on heavy cargo lashing and securing and in 2006, a special course on containerizing shipments of steel coils.


		Master Marine Certificate of Compentency dated December 14, 1994 issued by the Ministry of Transport, the State of Israel and renewed on April 14, 2002.


	P&I certification with distinction by the North of England P&I Association Ltd. dated August 31, 1997


	On September 20, 2002 *Capt. Aaron Bar-Tor* became the first marine surveyor in Israel to receive his *”Diploma in Marine Surveying”* from the *IIMS - National Sea Training Centre, UK*


	On August 1, 2001, ACACIA Services received the certified appointment by the PMS to honorably represent Panamanian flag ships for the area of “Israel”.


	In July, 1996, Valery Solomenko received his Marine Engineering degree from Murmansk State Technical University and subsequently received his certification in Israel from the Ministry of Transportation, in 2003.


	In February, 2007, Valery completed the Lloyd’s Register training course certifying his qualifications as a Hull Inspection, Damage and Repair expert.
